Introduction:

Asexual reproduction is a type of reproduction, in which the genetic material of the offspring remains identical to the parent as there is no mixing of the DNA. In sexual reproduction, the genetic material of two parents combines to form the genetic material of the offspring. There are two parents involved in sexual reproduction, whereas in asexual reproduction only one parent is involved.
