Question
Chapter 23.12, Problem 1MQ
Summary Introduction
Gut microbes are greatly helpful for the herbivore animals as they cannot extract or digest all the nutrients form a plant based food. The plant material is otherwise called as foliage. A large number of herbivore animals contain micro flora in their gut. These micro floras are mainly of cellulose digesting bacteria or protozoans.
