The first piece of evidence going against OJ is the blood. At the time of the murder there was piles of blood all over the crime scene, but it’s not just there, it was on OJs socks as well as his white Bronco, his gloves, and his home. The evidence of the blood on all of OJs items shows that he is the best suspect of this crime.
In 1994, O.J. Simpson was convicted of the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman. A lot of evidence was found that points he was the murderer. Yet some how, Simpson was found not guilty. I believe O.J. Simpson is completely guilty of the murder of his ex wife and her friend and should be behind bars for it.

His story is quite engaging as he was placed on the death sentence at only fourteen years old in June 1959 of rape and murder of a fellow classmate, arranged to be executed of hanging months after the conviction that he was wrongfully convicted for. Even despite being found not guilty by a jury of the murder of Lynne Harper in 1959, Steven has always claimed he was innocent, though he did not offer his evidence at the original murder trial, the jury did disclose that most of the evidence had been circumstantial. He also even voluntarily submitted to psychiatric probation in prison for truth serum and LSD to help his innocence. There was also no DNA evidence that could have been analyzed in his case. Steven's father, Daniel also had struggled for two decades to clear the name of his

Anyone who has paid attention to the facts involving the Casey Anthony trial should agree that she was a guilty woman. The jury chosen for Casey Anthony’s trial found her not guilty for the murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee ; however, she was found guilty for four misdemeanor counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer. Now the question flowing through everyone’s mind is why did she lie if she had no reason to? It seems very unusual for someone to lie about something so serious such as murder. This is why Casey Anthony should have been found guilty for a lot more than a couple of white lies.
AIDWYC lawyers James Lockyer and Joanne McLean realized what had happened to Anthony while they were reviewing another wrongful conviction case. James and Joanne discovered that Paul Bernardo had confessed to the crime for which Anthony pleaded guilty. The officers who followed up on Bernardo’s confession later wrote that “Paul Bernardo is the person responsible for committing this offence…. [He] provided accurate details of the offence, details that would only be known to the person responsible for committing [it].” (Pazzano, Toronto Sun) AIDWYC officially took Anthony’s case in early 2008.
A large knife covered in blood, a blood-stained shirt, and shell casings were found by investigators in the victims’ home. The casings typically come from an AK-47 rifle.
Steven Avery of Manitowoc County in Wisconsin was accused of the rape and assault of Penny Beerntsen in 1985. Avery however didn’t commit this crime and spent 18 years in prison as an innocent man. Until in 2003 when new DNA evidence led to another suspect, meaning that he was innocent. The police of Manitowoc County when they heard about this crime immediately thought Steven was to blame. They thought it was Steven because of his past crimes and family history. Even though no evidence connected Steven to the crime no other suspects were even mentioned.
Casey Anthony, or as her friends would call her, a habitual liar. Casey was always known as the party type, her friend said she “would do anything to be liked” (BIO). When Casey was nineteen her parents had noticed that she had gained some weight, but when they asked Casey about it she denied it and said she was a virgin. She finally told her parents the truth, months into her pregnancy, and on August 9th 2005 Caylee Anthony was born. In 2008 little Caylee was found dead, and Casey was found innocent. Justice was not served for Caylee Anthony, her mother is guilty.
On November 11th, 2005, Steven Avery was wrongfully accused and arrested for First-Degree Murder. He was accused of murdering Teresa Halbach, a 25 year old photographer. In the book Monster, our main character, Steve is on trial for, eligibly, assisting in the murder and robbery of Aguinaldo Nesbitt. Steve is found innocent in the book, which can be agreed with as a good verdict. To clarify why the verdict can be considered as a “good” verdict we must look at who Steve is and what did he do. Steve is a considerably good person who gets wrapped up in a bad crowd and makes a bad decision. As for his involvement in the crime he didn’t actually do anything to help.
It was not until 2004 that DNA testing was conducted at the insistence of Sterling and his lawyers. This result showed that Christie, who was in prison for the murder of a 4 year old girl in 1994, was the true culprit of this heinous crime. This DNA evidence
"A Trial without witnesses, when it involves a criminal accusation, a criminal matter is not a true trial." (Bill McCollum) It is not fair to convict a person of a crime just because a person claims they are guilty. There needs to be evidence and proof to make sure they are telling the truth. People are accused wrong everyday. When people are accused wrong of something such as murder, it can ruin their life forever. One of the many people who suffered a wrong accusation was Kevin Green.
After serving eighteen years for a sexual assault he did not commit, Steven Avery, during his arduous pursuit of liberty and justice was eventually exonerated by newly discovered DNA evidence. After regaining his freedom, Avery unsurprisingly decided to file a civil law suit in 2004 against the law enforcement officials responsible for his wrongful conviction in the sexual assault case of Penny Beernsten from 1985. The Netflix documentary “Making a Murderer” chronicled and thoroughly depicted the intense struggles between the two parties from Manitowoc County, Wisconsin involved in the lawsuit. This lawsuit is made increasingly more complex as a result of Steven Avery’s indictment for the murder of Theresa Halbach. After the new charges were
