I'm not saying we should be selfish, but no one is going to prosper if we sacrifice ourselves. I always ask "Will I be able to look at myself in the mirror in the morning and say, 'I'm proud of you?" If you sacrifice your reputation, what's the point? I just know when something's wrong. It's as if I can smell it. Don't ask me how I know, but I am hardly ever wrong. I always put myself in the other guy's shoes. It's not that I'll always give in if I know he's hurt, but I have to know how he feels. Rockefeller, Carnegie, Trump -I mean you're not talking about nice guys who fought a clean fight. They did whatever they had to do, and they won. History says they're right, and it's the same with all of us now. I'll follow the rules if they will help me and break them when it's to my advantage. Sometimes the rules and laws which man has developed just are not right and you know it in your heart. Then you have to refer to a higher power to determine what you should do.
