In the bigger picture of illness epidemics accompanying catastrophic events, the news that the cholera outbreak in Haiti was probably brought about by a detachment of United Nations soldiers from Nepal was perhaps not completely stunning given its startling details. As terrible as it is, these kinds of tragedies frequently make already-existing public health issues worse or even create new ones because they jeopardize cleanliness and the buildings so I was not very surprised (H. Tulchinsky & A. Varavikova, 2014). It is a complicated moral and judicial issue as to whether or not U.N. officials needed to have been charged. When deeds or carelessness cause harm, particularly one of this magnitude, one has an obligation to take responsibilities and ensure punishment. However, the prosecution of people under the U.N. presents concerns about administrative accountability, global problems, and the boundaries of one's accountability in difficult cases. To make sure that the right steps are implemented and that experiences are drawn from them, the U.N. definitely needs strong and open systems for oversight and examinations. A complicated strategy combining cooperation between nations, global non-governmental groups, and community members is necessary for effective medical control. A community of interested groups collaborating with openness, responsibility, and dedication to scientific approaches is more reliable than any one organization acting alone. Successful public health management requires developing robust systems of healthcare and encouraging an environment of readiness and reaction but not some healthcare is being taken over by AI (Meskó & Topol, 2023). Even if errors and mistakes do happen, the objective ought to remain ongoing growth and understanding from previous incidents to more effectively keep the public's health safe. Please comment
