1.11.6 and 2.3: I input relevant information accurately daily so that it is ready for processing. I do this by scanning in the forms we receive, after separating them into piles to group them for easy scanning. After I have scanned them all, I then use Xpress to start the processing. When I am doing so, I make sure I copy all the details accurately. This is very important, as I am dealing with personal and sensitive information received from the public. I take extra care when entering the digits, such as NI numbers or date of births. When inputting this information I am using a scanner, keyboard and mouse. I found that one reoccurring problem I had

Since the health care industry is constantly growing and changing, the skills I develop must be able to adapt accordingly. To ensure that my skills can adapt appropriately, I can receive training in the field and learn the new skills needed along with studying new material. I can advance in my field by taking new courses to continue to grow and develop new skills that will be necessary. The courses can revolve around administration, management, leadership, and other topics that will be beneficial. Since the Internet contains everything about changes I can look up on the new skills and find new ways to adapt by doing research online. The skills are necessary to ensure that patients and residents are treated properly and the quality care continues to improve.

The ideal state for self determination in the area of self-development is to allow the individual employee maximum latitude in accessing, enrolling, and completing three to four self-development modules annually. Many of these courses take an hour to complete on-line. SAIC leadership should cover the hours used for each employee through general overhead dollars. Although this would prove to be costly, it would save the company millions in the long run. As an alternative, employees could take these classes on their own time, if the overhead costs proved too high. Most employees would not think twice about bettering themselves by giving up four hours of time annually.
Continuous learning is what individuals incorporate in their daily activities to learn with the experiences they acquire from their daily work. Continuous learning allows to learn and to make adjustments with the changes and enhances an individual's skills on daily basis. Continuous learning can help an individual through many ways.
