This explains the beginning of my life all the way to the end of my life. My life from the beginning was very fun as I grew up living with my mom’s friend and my friend. But there were a lot of fights and I was very hyper back then. I have ADHD so back then when I was little; I was very hyper and wouldn't stop moving around the place. I always was annoying back then and never seemed to get my homework done at school. I was born at Kaiser Hospital during the year 1996. The first place I lived was on the street Via Harriet and was right next to a train. It was always noisy when the train passed by because it shook the house and scared all the animals. It wasn’t the best place to live, but we eventually moved to the hills, I don’t remember …show more content…
Overall I know that I’m going to graduate because I’m pushing hard and all I need to finish is my Cyber High and keep up my grades and I will graduate. I want to go to Chabot College because it’s the closest place to go to. I am planning to get my associates degree then transfer to Cal State East Bay University. I don’t exactly know the requirements of classes to get into Cal State, but as long as I get my AA degree I should be fine. I am focused on technology and computers; I like to choose classes that can be similar to wiring or soldering. I am not that sure if I would be more focused on computers or wiring, I think an Internship might help me out. My career would be Technician or Electrician because I’m focused on electricity and wanting to discover what would happen without getting electrocuted. I’m still unsure if I just want to work on physical components on the computer. I used to work on computers a lot, but it got boring and I can’t do it as great now. Soldering is interesting for me because I get to repair broken wires, being able to strip a wire. When striping a wire, you get to know how the wire is connected. I think a life event for me is to grab my master’s degree, which is what I’m focused on. That’s like the best degree to get, but it’s really difficult to receive. I wouldn't like going to years and years of education, but it’s totally worth it. Getting a higher degree affects the amount
The most important long range goal I have ever had was to graduate high school. This has been one of my goal's throughout my career as a student. It has been my main goal because I will be the only child of my mother's to graduate from high school. My mother has always pushed me to my best and has always told me to reach for the stars with this goal, because she did not want me to get a GED like she did. My education goals consist of learning something new every day. Throughout my educational career as a student there were major and minor bumps in the road, yet my goal of being able to receive a high school diploma kept me thriving to accomplish it. Now as the last few months of school wind down closer and closer to graduation my heart grows
Life goal are what you dream about, what you want to achieve. They are the stars that you reach for, the opportunity that knocks only once if you don’t grab that door. Everyone has life goals even you and me, some are long term, some are short term, some are rudiment and some are a real workout. Here are some of my life goals I want to achieve: getting an Associate’s degree, Bachler’s degree, getting to go into vet school and graduate and also applying to be a veterinarian. But for my here and now goals I plan to work hard, study hard and get good grades to pass my class courses. So I wouldn’t have to do a repeat of these courses.
The first 10 years of my life were relatively nonchalant but had interesting aspects in its own right. I lived with my half-brother (from my father's side), my sister, and parents. When I was young we moved into a pleasant community in a city called Coconut Creek. During my first few years of elementary school, my Mom and teachers noticed that there was something a little "off" about me. My
My education has always been one of the main priorities in my life.I believe people that are educated have a better chance at success than those that aren’t and I want to have the most opportunities to succeed in my goals as possible. I plan to be successful in life by having an education and using that education to achieve big things. I’m choosing to major in biology, hopefully at the University of Maine at Farmington. I plan to be the best student i am capable of being. Upon graduating from Farmington, I plan to do even greater things and go to Tufts University through the Maine Track Program. I plan to achieve all of these goals by first getting accepted into the University of Maine at Farmington, and all of these goals will make me the person I need to be to succeed i my career.
At the age of about six years old, I came face to face with my guardian angel. Ordinarily, most people have fairly rote childhoods, but I cannot attest to the same. The equation of my life had many variables, with a unique solution. During a portion of my life, not only did my family and I reside in the economically challenged portion of Joshua Tree, but also, my mother had seven children in her household, all under the age of twelve. My mother, loving four kids of her own, had felt obliged to take in her brother’s kids due to their unstable home life. Bionically, she managed to keep all of us rugrats alive while working full time as a daycare provider and completing her college education in order to become a credentialed
First and foremost, getting my diploma is number one on my list. Graduating is my goal right now. I will do anything to get my diploma and get into college. Graduating is important to me and I don’t plan
So far, the 14 years of my life have been exciting and crazy. The places I have gone, the people that I have meet, are all part of my crazy life. Not all the things are good, but not all the things are bad. Everything that has happened over these 14 years have been an equal balance of both, these are the things that have contributed in making me who I am today.
I am currently taking the College Credit Plus Program, so I go to Field High School and The University of Akron. I chose University of Akron because I was told by my guidance counselor that it has a good engineering program. I learned about engineering and the many different “classes” of it in eighth grade. Engineering has just interested me from there. I hope to take Electrical Engineering as my major when I go to college. However, for college I am thinking about going to Ohio University in Athens.
To achieve your main goal in life, you need to take careful and baby steps to reach that target. One of my biggest steps to achieve my dreams in the future is graduating
“For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord,” Romans 8:38-39. There are several events that have occurred in my life that I could choose to write my topic about. Throughout my childhood, the thought of “being baptized” always kept me wondering. While growing up, I would ask my parents what the meaning of being saved was but never received an answer. My baptism influenced my life by completely changing my perspective on the way of life.
When I first entered high school, I thought I knew everything I possibly could about writing essays. During my freshmen year, I made good grades in my English class, which only furthered my enormous ego with my ability to write. Moving into sophomore year, a new teacher came to North Murray High School, and I was lucky enough to receive Mrs. Kim Knight for my tenth grade honors English class. She was like no other teacher I have even experienced, Knight, from the very beginning, pushed me in absolutely everything. The first essay was assigned, and I knew I was going to do wonderful. I felt very confident in turning my essay in until she came back with them graded and gave a long speech about how many of us had work ahead, but that was good because she was going to teach us how to compose an essay. Despite the speech, I had some confidence left that my level of writing was good enough to satisfy her criteria. When I received my essay, I could barely rad it because of how many red marks took up the pages. Now my grade was not terrible; I received a high eighty, but that’s when I realized my ability to
My life has been a crazy roller coaster with many events that have affected my life all in different ways. There have been times where my life has been at its highest peak in the world then it falls down, right into a deep valley. From the time my lovable younger sister came into my life to when my grandpa had a near death experience, I have learned many valuable lessons through the rough times as well as the more happy times. When I was a young girl, my mom had always told me the same thing over and over again. I never really thought about how a few words would have a deep effect on me in a short amount of time.
I never really thought about where my life was going. I always believed life took me where I wanted to go, I never thought that I was the one who took myself were I wanted to go. Once I entered high school I changed the way I thought. This is why I chose to go to college. I believe that college will give me the keys to unlock the doors of life. This way I can choose for myself where I go instead of someone choosing for me.
One summer in my birth home in England, my birth mother had passed out on the floor in the morning after my father left for work. My brother and I heard a loud scream and came into the room, seeing that she has passed out. In our right minds, we thought it was going to be moderate, but soon later finding out she died from damage in her brain, causing her left side of the body not to work and to barely eat and support her other side. Her funeral was a warning of future events that started going ridiculously wrong after and I knew there was going to be a major turning point in my life, with a tone and cause us to leave and figure out problems on our journey. Due to my mother's death, an increasing amount of work was to be done to protect our future.
As I look back on the unforgettable week I had during the Habitat 62 trip, I can honestly say that the trip changed the way I looked at college and West Virginia University overall. My favorite parts of the trip were of course helping others who are less fortunate than myself and the adventures, but mainly the “class” that was held every night. I joined the adventure trip believing I was just going to help build a house and have fun rock climbing, exploring, and white-water rafting. I slowly realized that I would learn so much more. Adventure West Virginia taught me life-long lessons that could help save not only my life one day, but maybe even one of my best friends or a random stranger I had never met before. I believed, like most high school students and people in general around the world, that at West Virginia University I was going to find a party in every direction I looked with many of my own peers drinking alcohol. The perspective view I had before the trip and after were completely opposite. I found out on the trip that I can find parties if I feel the need to, but overall there are plenty of activities to do besides partying and drinking. I originally thought that I was going to struggle heavily to write the amount advised for the journal entries at the end of every day.
