Laduna, I really enjoyed reading your post. You gave a very good description of each question. I also think you did a great job on listing the steps that we use to code. It is very important that we go by the list that you listed in order to determine the correct code. I would hate to cause a billing error in the future all because I didn't go by the list. I definitely plan on keeping a copy to look at just to make sure I am coding correctly in the future. And I also liked how you explained the 4 conventions. At first I had the most trouble understanding exactly what the conventions were for but after reading about them a couple of times I understand them much better. And I also understand how important convention play in ICD-10-CM. I'm still
Two numbers have a sum of 20. The sum of their squares is a minimum. Write the two equations required to solve this system of equations.
So we start of with x^2-4x+y^2+8y=-4 you would then take 1/2 of -4 and square it, then take 1/2 of 8 and square it. You would then get x^2-4x+4-4+(y^2+8y+16-16=-4. After all of these steps you would factor the square, x-2^2-4+y+42-16=-4, x-2^2+y+4^2-20=-4. Then you would add 20 to both sides, x-)^2+y+4^2=16
Find the number that 5 times itself is the same as 3 times that number plus 2.
Laura Wallen. My teacher and class sponsor Ms.Wallen was killed during the first week of my senior year. If I had one more chance to talk to her I would be ecstatic. I would want to talk to her because she was one of the first teachers I met in high school. Having Ms.Wallen as a teacher who was always here supporting me was a great feeling. Every Time I saw Ms.Wallen she was smiling. During our homecoming week we would have to design a hallway and even with little to no supplies and only a few class council member, she would make it feel like we were winners. I would want to talk about college applications and all of the senior year events we were planning together. I would want to tell her that I love her and that her support from the beginning
When the threshold/cut off is decreased, meaning that it is being moved towards the left (negative or normal side), the value of both TN and FN will decrease while the value of both FP and TP will increase.
The year 2017 is going to be a very interesting year with respect to the UI and UX in the app industry. Many experts have suggested that UI and UX trends of 2016 will disappear in the year 2017. The UX and the UI will see a transitional change in the design language across the spectrum. A whole new array of new design thought will be tested in the year 2017. In this article, we are going to discuss the most likeable scenario in the design trend waiting to happen in the year 2017. So let's buckle up and continue to the article to find out more. let's begin.
This Assignment had some difficulties for me. Originally, I had made notes on two conversations, wrote the transcripts for each and went on to arrange each in a separate poem. I really wasn’t feeling either of them. I went to the Internet to search out “Found Pome” and read some interesting information. I contacted Dr, Juchartz for clarification on this assignment. After he advised me, I took my notebook to a dinner and took notes on several conversations going on around me. I repeated the process of transcription and arranged the new conversation with the ones already arranged.
We took the approach of ensuring a new database is created each time. If the database assignment6 is already existing, we will drop it and create a new one. This has both pros and cons. The pro is that we always know what we have, but if the database is large, this could take a bit of processing. Since in our case, the data base is relatively small, we can afford to do that each time. Since we're creating the databases each time, we do not need to drop any tables within in as given in the sample of assignment 6 description.
Prisoners are citizens too. They may have committed a felony, but they are still citizens of their home country. Some people think prisoners should not have the right to vote, but many others think they should. About two million people in U.S. are in prison. All those people do not get to cast a vote in the election. They are not able to decide who runs the country they live in. Imagine not being able to have a say in our country. We are a democracy, which means everyone has the right to vote in our government. Prisoners should be allowed to vote because they still are citizens and still have
Most of the international standards are available on IHS database but unfortunately, it doesn’t this one. However, I found physical copy of this standard from our lab’s library and scanned the pages for your need (attached).
For my Unit 2 written assignment, I have chosen the infamous brand that is known to all ages and races in America, Nike. The mission statement provided is very intriguing, It says "To bring Inspiration and Innovation to every athlete in the world”. Once entered the website, you are bombarded with visually inspiring photos of athletes doing their daily regimes. After clicking on the "About Us” page, you are greeted with the mission statement once again. Only this time it says "To bring Inspiration and Innovation to every athlete* in the world, *If you have a body, you are an athlete.” That quote right there off the back is very pleasant to read, it would make anybody the reads this feel that they are on the right track to whatever goals they

I am very excited for this semester in ART 135. I have always been very interested in art, I like to draw and use watercolor paint. I also sell little animals made of “junk” at farmer markets during the summer. I am excited to expand upon my drawing ability for personal reasons as well as educational reasons.
I just came back from a battle near the city of Ypres. The German forces launched 5700 canisters of chlorine gas at the Allied forces. You could see the yellow-green clouds of gas rolling towords our lines. It was devastating. The gas affected over 10,000 people, killing half of them. The cause of death was asphyxiation. The Algerian forces retreated, and the Germans moved forward to fill the gaps, albeit cautiously. They stopped after only 3.25 kilometres and dug in. That allowed us soldiers to recover. We fought all night to try and close the gap. Then came another gas attack. Their target was us, the Canadian line. We were suffocating, so we covered our faces with urine-covered handkerchiefs.
