For this presentation, imagine you are part of a team of teachers at an early childcare setting working toward accreditation through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). As part of this lengthy process, you have been tasked with

You have two options for your Final Project. You many either submit an 18- to 22-slide PowerPoint presentation (not including a title and reference slide) or you may choose to create a Prezi. You are able to use the free version of Prezi to create your presentation. Be creative in your delivery. Include visuals, audio, and video if you choose, but be thorough in your content. Your presentation must utilize at least eight scholarly sources, in addition to the course textbook. Be sure to address the required topics with critical
Planning and preparation of teaching is supremely important, the teacher and teaching assistant need to work together to achieve the best learning result. Lesson plans and structures will be implemented and will be catered for each learner; they will include teaching methods and techniques, assessments and targets. Teachers have policies, procedures and regulations to adhere to and within organisations will have to take into consideration budgets and resources.
YOUR TASK 2: A great resource for teachers to find out how to make a lesson plan and syllabus is about education. It is a free website to use to create a new ELL curriculum.
After page 1 of the module: Based on your teaching experience thus far, what is a challenge educators have when working with children? In 2- sentences, provide specific examples to support your answer.
The Module 2 is covering Interstate Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (InTASC) Standards’ Standard #7: Planning for Instruction. Oh, I have a long list of questions related to objectives and lesson preparations. How to determine which parts to teach? When should I teach them? Are there any guidelines? Will I be able to choose books to use for the unit? Do I decide what is necessary and what is not? Planning is part of the job. I have no problem with it because I thrive from precision and planning. However, the amount of planning is excessive – to a novice. I have to check with the curriculum of my school district and the State. Also, I will have to ensure that my lessons abide the federal/state laws. But, that does not stop there. I have to acknowledge my students’ needs. There are several steps to validate my teaching.
For the purpose of this interview the students will be known as G.S. or group of students, the novice teacher will be known as N.T. and the veteran teacher will be known as V.T. All three participants were asked the exact same questions but the teachers were asked a few more questions as they related to their classrooms.
Secondly, teachers should spend more time finding out what the students struggle in. Instruction time is being consumed by monotonous
Purpose: To persuade the class to recognize the issue of teacher shortages, consider the proposed ways to correct the issue, and work to rectify the situation.
4. What do you see as the greatest challenge facing you as a physical educator?
The students would love to build a relationship with their teachers, however they feel victimized or ostracized due to their poor behavior in class. Students hate to be “called out” in front of their peers, even if they’re doing something wrong. Students also complained about the amount of classwork/homework assigned and excessive lectures by teachers.
What challenges are you looking for in this position?Everyday is a challenge.Trying to get students to see they’re successful.
One major problem in the classroom is dealing with students who are poor at following directions. You give directions and one third of your class either performed the task incorrectly or they do not know what is going on at all. There are many
My main concern beside helping the student learn in this scenario would be to remain positive and optimistic; discouragement is very likely to occur for the student or is potentially already part of the problem.
3. Foster a culture of collaboration among teachers through reflective dialogue and by encouraging personal commitment to create a collective end.
Being effective as an educator and instructional leader is important to the overall success and academic achievement of the students that are serviced in an educational system. There are specific resources that are necessary to achieve those academic goals as they relate to curriculum and instruction of our students, with proper planning being one. The key is determining what additional resources can be used and addressing and organizing them in a manner that would assist in their successful integration. The purpose of this paper is to discuss ways that necessary resources to achieve curriculum and instructional goals can be identified, organized, and implemented.
I have been asked by Principal Smith to suggest ways in which teachers at our school might work more effectively together.
