.
A magnitude 7.0 earthquake has hit the city causing severe damage. Multiple building collapses, structure fires, gas leaks and other calls for service are currently active. The nuclear plant plans to shut down power to the city so that it can
assess for any damages to the facility. The hospital is running on backup power at this time and has sustained damage to the lower section of the building to include the morgue and lab. The school has also sustained a collapse with an estimated 100 students and faculty trapped or injured. We have noticed some comms degradation, resources have been
requested. The Governor has approved a SOE Declaration for the Incident.

Be prepared for aftershocks and further structural collapse Ensure that you are staying hydrated and eating adequately.
Always stay in communications with your chain of command and ensure they know your status/ location at all times.
