unqualified, disqualified (adjs.)
 
 
Unqualified means “lacking the necessary qualifications”: She’s an unqualified applicant, because she lacks a chauffeur’s license. Disqualified means “ineligible, having rights or privileges taken away”: The disqualified players had all broken the team’s curfew rule.  1
