charisma (n.), charismatic (adj.)
 
 
In its meaning of “a special charm, attractiveness, or magnetism,” the noun charisma and its adjective charismatic, meaning “having those qualities,” have sometimes become vogue words. Used precisely they are most useful; overused, they can become hyperbolic.  1
