A full range of prepositions appears with concerned: about, meaning worried over (She was concerned about her children); at, meaning wondering at or nervous about (I was concerned at the level of noise in the hall); by, meaning upset about (Everyone was concerned by the screams coming from the basement); for, meaning worried or anxious about (We were concerned for those who were left on the dock); in, meaning involved in (George was concerned in the deliberations and couldnt leave); over, meaning bothered or worried about (The director was concerned over how late we were); and with, meaning interested in (We were concerned with winning the election).
