xenophobia, xenophobe (nn.), xenophobic (adj.), xenophile (n.)
 
 
There are four Standard pronunciations of xenophobia: ZEN-o-FO-bee-(y)uh, ZEEN-o-FO-bee-(y)uh, ZEN-uh-FO-bee-(y)uh, or ZEEN-uh-FO-bee-(y)uh. Xenophobia is hatred or fear of strangers or of anything foreign or strange, and a xenophobe is a person who has that hatred or fear. A xenophile (pronounced ZEEN-o-FEIL) is a lover of anything foreign or strange.  1
