The ministerial council of the Organization of African Unity, meeting at Lagos, condemned those states, particularly the NATO powers, who sustain Portugal in her colonial aggression by their continued assistance to her. The council directed its liberation committee to afford substantially increased financial and material aid to Amilcar Cabral and his Party for Independence of Guinea and Cape Verde.
